Presidential Estates is an independent agency based in Loughton. We work with sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants across neighbouring Essex and east London areas. We deliberately limit the number of properties we market so we can know each instruction, stay involved and do the work behind a strong presentation and a well-managed move.
Two similar homes may need different selling plans because the owners have different timescales or the buyers will notice different features. We begin with the property and your priorities, then explain the choices and evidence behind our recommendation.
Our directors are personally involved in the sales we handle. You should also know who is responsible day to day: who will arrange viewings, bring you feedback, discuss an offer and keep track of progress after a sale is agreed. Being independent gives us the room to shape that work around the property rather than a fixed script.
Photography, floorplans, the order of the images and the words in a listing all affect what buyers understand before they view. We plan them around the home’s actual strengths, then watch how buyers respond and talk to you about what that tells us.
A move can change direction after an offer is agreed. We cannot promise to remove every delay or difficulty. We can tell you what we know, what we are checking and what needs a decision, while keeping the right people in the conversation.
